You'll be staying in our carefully maintained property. We ask that you treat it with care and respect to ensure all guests have an exceptional experience.
Checking In & Out
- Check-in: After 1:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
- Self check-in: Available with secure lockbox
- Early/Late requests: Subject to availability and additional charges
During Your Stay
- Maximum guests: 6 persons
- Pets: allowed
- Smoking: Permitted in designated outdoor areas only
- Photography: Commercial photography allowed with prior notice
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings require a valid government-issued ID
- Pay on Arrival: Payment can be made upon arrival at our villa
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Additional charges may apply for extra services or damages
2. Cancellation Policy
No Nights Spent
If you arrive but don't spend any night at the villa, you'll receive a 100% refund
Early Departure
If you check out early, you'll receive a refund for all unused nights. Only nights actually spent will be charged
Policy Details:
- You will only be charged for the nights you actually spend at the villa
- Please inform us as soon as possible if you plan to check out early
- This policy applies to early departures and is based on actual nights stayed
3. Property Rules
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No parties or events without prior written consent
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property
- Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $50
- Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas
4. Safety and Security
- Guests must secure the property when leaving
- Report any maintenance issues immediately
- Emergency contact information is provided upon check-in
- Security cameras are installed in common outdoor areas only
5. Liability
- Subhasha Summer House is not liable for personal belongings
- Guests participate in activities at their own risk
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Medical facilities information is available at the property
Additional Guidelines
Our Philosophy: We welcome families and groups who appreciate quality accommodation and understand the value of treating our villa with respect. You'll have complete privacy and exclusive use of all facilities and common areas during your stay.
Environmental Responsibility: We encourage water and energy conservation. Please turn off lights and air conditioning when not in the room.
Local Community: You'll have exclusive use of the entire villa. Please be respectful of the local community and customs in the surrounding area. We're happy to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining.
